Return Conditions — REPIX

An approved return must meet the following conditions:

  • the item must be unworn;

  • the item must be unused;

  • labels must be intact;

  • the product must be returned in its original packaging;

  • proof of purchase must be provided.

Items eligible for return

REPIX operates on a print-on-demand model: each creation is prepared after order confirmation.

For this reason, returns due to a change of mind or a sizing error are not accepted.

We recommend carefully consulting the size guide before ordering. If in doubt, our team is available to assist you before purchase.

REPIX 30-day Guarantee

Our 30-day guarantee covers the following situations:

  • manufacturing defect;

  • printing error;

  • product or size error on our part;

  • damage incurred during transport.

In these cases, please contact us with your order number and, if necessary, a photo of the issue.
